Teaching Philosophy/Style

I have an old school teaching style, and I try to add in some fun flair.  I believe that each student is unique and has something positive to offer my classroom.  I want to see all of my students engaged in the learning process and successful in everything that they do.  Once in middle school, students should have a sense of respect for their teachers, and I believe that one has to give respect to earn it.  That goes for both sides.  I will do my best to be available to each and every student to help them grow and achieve.
